projects and writings of Tracy Burkholder
At a young age, Tracy Burkholder started writing poems and poorly spelled stories (about living in holes with monsters). She continued writing poems and stories, then tried her hand at a novel and now writes essays and essay-like things. She holds an MFA from the Bennington College Writing Seminars. Her work has been published in a number of literary journals including The Cincinnati Review, Vinyl, The Feminist Wire, and Nailed. Her essay “Proof” was selected as a Notable Essay in The Best American Essays 2013.
There’s a bunch of stuff to read and look at that you can access over there on the left including blog projects from the last few years as well as new and previously published writing.
